Our Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, but we will always fulfill our legal obligations to provide a repair, replacement, or refund if our products are faulty or do not match their description.

 

Most products sold by Commode Aura can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered. The exceptions to this policy are listed below

1. The original receipt (invoice) from your purchase.

2. ​The original method of payment. Payment card purchases will be refunded to the original payment card. Store credit will be given for returns with gift receipts.

3. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

4. The product must be in like-new condition (i.e., no signs of use), and some products can only be returned or exchanged if the packaging is unopened.
